Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Your order is typically processed within 24 hours and sent to our fulfillment center for preparation.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, usually within 48 hours of processing.

We partner with leading carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS

Free Shipping:
Applies to orders over $29.99 within the continental U.S. Remote areas and international shipments may incur additional fees. Some oversized products and specific categories may be excluded.

Other Shipping Areas:
Shipping fees for locations outside the continental U.S. will be calculated at checkout based on the actual delivery location.

Geographical Coverage
We deliver to the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Germany, and select EU countries. There are specific restrictions for Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and outlying territories.

Shipping Time Frame
Shipping times vary by location, with the goal of delivering within 3 to 5 business days in the continental U.S. from the order processing date.
Note:
Due to stock availability, estimated shipping dates may differ, resulting in multiple shipments from different warehouses.

Changes to Shipping Address
Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify the shipping address or shipping method. If delivery fails and the package is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your account.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided and the package is delivered and signed for by someone else (not returned to the original sender), we cannot process a refund. It is important for customers to verify their shipping address. If you notice a mistake in the address, please contact us immediately before the package arrives, and we will attempt to resolve the issue. However, our ability to make changes may be limited once the order has entered the shipping process.

Sales Tax and VAT
Sales tax (including sales tax, GST, VAT, etc.) varies by country and region and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but is missing, first check your delivery location or with your receptionist. If it is still missing, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately for assistance.
